Responsibilities: • Call Clients and get their application in • Manage Social media accounts for the company and the owner • Write copy for our sales team to use • Create weekly content • Assist with a newsletter • Assist with office management • Organize incoming information such as calls, emails, voicemails, and memos • Help prepare meetings and take notes Qualifications: • Experience using Microsoft Office • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines Compensation: $35,000
