    We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented coordinator with real estate experience to support the day-to-day operations of a top-producing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling a variety of tasks — from preparing listings and managing CRM systems to running errands and keeping marketing timelines on track. Responsibilities: Listing Support: • Coordinate listing preparations, vendor scheduling, staging, and photography • Prepare and organize listing agreements, disclosures, and MLS input • Track listing timelines and ensure all deadlines are met CRM & Database Management: • Track client follow-up tasks and manage agent pipeline organization • Pull reports and assist with agent accountability tracking Marketing & Operations: • Support marketing calendar deadlines (mailer drop dates, email campaigns, social media coordination) • Assist with scheduling video shoots, open house prep, signage, and promotional materials Personal & Team Support: • Run errands (sign pickups, lockbox drops, gift deliveries, etc.) • Help with event planning, team meetings, and client appreciation activities Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in real estate, preferably supporting a top agent or team • Strong knowledge of CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, kvCORE, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability • Comfortable with light physical errands and a flexible, “no task too small” attitude • California real estate license (preferred, but not required) Compensation: $50,000- $65,000- Based on experience
