Dynamic and growing Accounting firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO, ensuring smooth operations, assisting with sales, managing client onboarding, and supporting day-to-day office functions. Role Overview:
This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who enjoys working in multiple areas of a business. You will be responsible for:
- Sales Support & Client Relations: Assisting with sales efforts, following up with leads, and handling client onboarding, including discussing pricing and contract details.
- Administrative & Office Management: Taking minutes at meetings, preparing and sending proposals, ensuring office efficiency, and handling various non-financial operational tasks.
- Marketing & Communications: Managing WhatsApp posts, coordinating newsletters, and ensuring consistent external communication.
- General Support: Overseeing annual client reviews, maintaining office organization, and ensuring follow-ups are handled with a positive and professional attitude.
