    Job Title: Executive Assistant/Marketer

    The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Director by managing their day-to-day tasks and ensuring efficient operations. This includes handling scheduling, communication, document management, and assisting with strategic planning and implementation. The role also involves monitoring progress on key initiatives, maintaining compliance, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Executive Director's appointments, emails, phone calls, and documents to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Assist the Executive Director with planning, implementing, and tracking the progress of strategies, projects, and initiatives.
    • Monitor project expenses, timelines, and overall operational efficiency.
    • Create and submit regular reports to the Executive Director on the progress of ongoing initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Participate in budgeting and fundraising activities to support organizational goals.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, management, staff, and the community to support business development.

    The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that promote the company's products, services, and brand identity. This role involves strategic positioning, audience targeting, and driving brand awareness to enhance the company's visibility and customer engagement.

    • Create and implement strategies to showcase the company's brand, products, and services to a broader audience.
    • Focus on increasing brand recognition, customer loyalty, and developing trust in the company.
    • Align the company's offerings with customer needs and preferences to drive growth and satisfaction.
