Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. Responsibilities: • CRM – Maintain and update CRM records, including client contact records, marketing lists, and running reports • Client Meetings – Directing the client experience from the time the meeting is scheduled to greeting the clients in-office for their meeting, including assisting with meeting prep, pre-meeting reminders, creating referral lists, family trees • Client Reception – Maintain a warm and friendly disposition for our clients and partners while answering the main phone line for the firm as well as ensuring the clients have a welcoming experience when in-office • Administrative – Maintain advisors’ licensing requirements, book travel, order supplies, track receipts and other firm administration needs • Qualified Plan Service – Assist plan sponsors and plan participants with day-to-day service needs. Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, CRM applications and information retrieval software • 2 or more years experience working in an office • Local within KC area with availability to work in-office M-F • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Excellent interpersonal, listening and client relationship building skills • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy • Ability to look beyond the obvious and not stop at the first answers • Able to work both independently and in a team • Able to generate possible solutions when seeking assistance • Desire for continuous learning Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
