    REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED! If you are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role might be the perfect fit. This position is a traditional 8-5 role. You will work alongside Missy Chandler, the team leader, as her right hand and provide unwavering support in all aspects of her work and responsibilities. We are seeking a forward-thinking, progressive real estate team member to work closely with our top-producing team leader. This individual must be deeply committed to exceptional customer service and embody the 3 C’s: Care, Commitment, and Communication. You will go “above and beyond” to ensure that Missy is prepared, organized, on schedule, and on task. The ideal candidate is assertive, organized, detail-oriented, ambitious, confident, goal-driven, and results-oriented. Problem-solving and thinking creatively are essential traits. You will proactively take tasks off the team leader’s plate and work diligently to maximize Missy’s productivity, professionally and personally. A real estate license (or a willingness to obtain one) is preferred and will allow you to support her at a high level as well as minimize the industry learning curve. Compensation: • $75,000 - $85,000 DOE • Paid Time Off • 401(k) After 1 Year of Employment Responsibilities: • Supports the executive in any and all tasks that need to be handled, professionally and personally. You'll handle anything that Missy Chandler needs • Responsible for correspondence, creating reports, facilitating paperwork that Missy must be involved with, etc. • Handles team leader calls • Manages email & calendar (Coordinates with Transaction Manager Until Proficient) • Maintains daily tasks and does documentation for the team • Plans, organizes confirms, and updates appointments with Clients and business partners (coordinates with Transaction Manager on this) • May act as liaison between team, clients, lenders, agents, and business partners • Set up one-on-one with team members • Assist with Core Homework Data Tracking and Submission • Ensure that memos, emails, texts ,and phone messages are promptly distributed • Performs other administrative and clerical duties as required • Oversees professional and personal special projects Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience supporting an executive at a high level • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively • Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to learn new systems quickly • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High problem-solving abilities with a focus on discretion and confidentiality • Self-starter and self-motivated • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite • Social media and marketing experience is a plus • Real estate knowledge and real estate license preferred, but not required • A college degree is a plus • Must be comfortable working with strong personalities and thrive in a fast-paced environment Competencies: • Organized • Friendly • Honest • Strong work ethic • Fine attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Flexible & adaptable • Technologically savvy Education/Experience: • College degree preferred • Will consider a high school diploma & Relevant work experience Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 DOE
