Responsibilities: Event Specialist • Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including educational webinars, client appreciation events, and networking functions. • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including vendor communication, marketing materials, and attendee engagement. • Host and run virtual events, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for all participants. • Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up, including client feedback and internal reporting. • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative event strategies that align with the firm’s growth objectives. Executive Assistant • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments with a focus on optimizing efficiency. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements. • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for internal and client-facing purposes. • Serve as the central point of contact for team communications and updates. Qualifications: • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field (preferred). • Experience: Minimum 2 years in event coordination, executive support, or a similar role (experience in the financial industry is a plus). Skills : • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
