Executive Assistant Paul Davis
We are looking for a self-motivated, committed Executive Assistant to join our team! As an Executive Assistant at our company, you will be responsible for providing support to executive members through daily objectives related to procurement and logistics. To be successful in this role, you should have organizational skills, time management skills, and possess the ability to tackle daily objectives in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external partners
Manage the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Create and update databases and records, personnel and other data
Research clients and prepare reports
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
Maintain high-level business relationships
Make travel arrangements
Sort and distribute emails
Requirements:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Minimum one year experience in a similar role Supporting Executive Leaders (Strongly preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Data analysis is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to complete complex tasks quickly and react appropriately to situations
Skills: Interpersonal, organizational, communication, time-management, problem-solving
