    We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support a very demanding executive. This role requires someone who is able to adapt, handle a high volume of responsibilities with little supervision and be extremely organized throughout. The ideal candidate will not only be able to follow instructions but will also take the initiative to anticipate the needs of the executive and respond to whatever is needed efficiently. Responsibilities: Appointment Coordination: • Schedule, coordinate, and adjust appointments as needed, adapting to last-minute changes. Abrupt Tasks: • Handle any task the executive requires with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Bill Payment: • Ensure all bills as needed for business and personal are processed on time and tracked accurately. Calendar Management: • Oversee the executive’s schedule, ensuring that meetings and appointments are organized and executed without error, down to the minute. Email Management: • Handle and prioritize emails, filtering for urgency and responding when needed. Insurance Management: • Stay on top of personal and business insurance policies, ensuring all are current and updated as needed. Returns Processing & Auditing: • Manage exchanges and returns for both business and personal as needed by the executive. Subscription Management Qualifications: Experience: • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role. We care more about relevant experience than a degree, thus longevity in previous similar roles is essential. Attention to Detail: • An absolute requirement. Every task, no matter how small, must be done to perfection. Organizational Skills: • Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and stay on top of everything making sure nothing is overlooked and ensuring every task is handled methodically and systematically maintaining a theme of efficiency and organization throughout. Independence: • Must be able to take direction and act quickly without needing constant oversight. Adaptability: • The role demands someone who can pivot easily in response to changing priorities. Flexibility with work hours and travel is a must. Work Ethic: • This is a role that requires full dedication. You will need to be available and responsive at all times. Travel: • Frequent domestic travel required. Flexibility in scheduling is critical. Client Management: Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
