Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant with a strong focus on event planning and providing comprehensive support to our leadership team. This individual will play a key role in coordinating company events, managing executive schedules, and assisting in various administrative tasks. ** Responsibilities :

- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring it represents our company's image.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Support additional administrative functions, including office management and team communications.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Organize and maintain executive filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of records
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless office experience.
- Coordinate and manage company-wide events, including conferences, corporate meetings, and annual celebrations.
