Executive Assistant Responsibilities The Executive Assistant reports to the President and is responsible for:
The Executive Assistant supports the President and senior executives with high-level administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, travel, and communications. They also prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the executive team. Additionally, the role involves managing office operations such as supply ordering, file maintenance, and facilities upkeep.
The Executive Assistant assists with basic financial tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. They also support HR functions like recruitment, benefits coordination, and labor law compliance. The role includes tracking and safeguarding company assets and ensuring legal compliance through proper record maintenance and reporting.
Finally, the Executive Assistant provides senior leadership with key performance data, financial updates, and operational metrics, supporting informed decision-making and smooth organizational operations.

Executive Assistant Duties:
· Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel: Organize and manage the President and senior leadership team’s calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
· Prepare and distribute reports and correspondence: Assist in preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and important correspondence for executive review.
· Oversee office management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Assist with financial tasks: Support A/P, A/R, and payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
· Support HR functions: Assist with employee recruitment, benefits administration, and training to maintain a strong workforce.
· Ensure legal compliance: Help maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring required documentation and records are kept up to date.
· Track and report performance data: Collect and report key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
· Provide administrative support to senior leadership: Assist the President and executives with various tasks, including handling communications, managing projects, and maintaining confidentiality.
