?? What You’ll Do:
Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, ensuring schedules are clean, balanced, and focused
Provide high-volume email support, keeping inboxes organized so the CEO and COO only check a few times per day—knowing you’ve got it covered
Act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Anticipate needs, take work off their plate, and offer solutions before problems arise
Coordinate business and personal logistics, including travel, errands, and occasional household or family-related matters
Support small project follow-ups, meeting prep, HR coordination, and onboarding for new hires
Oversee office operations, maintain document systems, order supplies, and improve internal workflows
Jump in wherever needed—this is a role where ownership, flexibility, and impact go hand in hand

Experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders, preferably in a growing company or professional services environment
Background in office management and HR coordination is a big plus
Strong prioritization and time management skills—you understand the business and what matters most
Highly tech-savvy and confident navigating tools like Microsoft Office Suite (required); EPIC CRM experience is a bonus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished, personable, and professional
High level of discretion, integrity, and a service mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that can go from quiet to high-energy in a flash
Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow with the company
