Responsibilities: • Social Media Management: Filming, editing, and scheduling daily posts using CapCut (company phone and software provided) • Digital Design: Creating presentations, flyers, and other marketing materials using Canva • Organization: Plan meetings, take notes, distribute meeting minutes to stay organized. • General Support: Assisting with daily needs in a fast-paced, real estate development environment • Prepare meeting spaces for guests and create a welcoming environment • Keep detailed online filing system for all SOP and documents Qualifications: • Experience: Executive/personal assistant (preferably to the owner or C-suite executive) • Detail oriented: must have an eye for details. • Graphic design: must be able to create presentations • Social media management • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills Compensation: $60,000
