  • Responsibilities

    Our client, a prominent PE firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the investment team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be providing strong administrative support in a fast-paced, highly motivated environment. You will be responsible for handling a range of executive support, administrative and office-related tasks.

    The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly driven, problem solver who isn’t afraid to jump in and learn on the fly. Someone with resourcefulness, organization,  stellar communication skills and a knack for keeping cool under pressure and juggling complex, multiple priorities/

    This is fully in-person workplace with a vibrant office and convenient location near the Metro.

    Responsibilities:

    · Assist the investment team with scheduling requests including meetings and conferences.

    · Coordinating and booking travel, including creating itineraries

    · Assist with daily administrative duties including completing expense reports; preparing correspondence; compiling agendas, and documents for meetings.

    · Assist with answering and directing telephone calls, and appropriately relaying important information promptly, clearly, maintaining confidently as needed.

    · Assist with planning companywide events.

    · Coordinate with external resources and vendors.

    · Create efficient communications processes.

    · Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

    · Other duties as assigned.

     

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    · Excellent verbal communication skills.

    · High EQ and excellent interpersonal skills.

    · Great problem solver.

    · Highly organized and self-motivated.

    · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    · Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

    · Detail-oriented with great time management skills.

    · Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment.
