Self-Help Enterprises has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant. Self-Help Enterprises is a nationally recognized community development organization whose mission is to work together with low-income families to build and sustain healthy homes and communities. Our service area is comprised of nine counties – Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tulare County – in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, the world’s most productive agricultural area.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the President/CEO, the board of directors, and other members of the leadership team in the workplace, such as taking calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, drafting correspondence, and performing other office duties. You will handle a variety of office functions, duties, and procedures despite frequent interruptions and distractions.
The right candidate may be hired at any level (Tech 2, Tech 3, Executive Assistant.), depending on skill, education, and experience.
