Optimum Human is growing fast and looking for a dedicated and driven Executive Assistant to support their CEO in leading a high-performance team in New Mexico.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's schedule, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
Anticipate needs, prioritize demands, and proactively address challenges to ensure the CEO operates at peak efficiency.
Act as the CEO's point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed successfully.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among team leaders and departments.
Maintain organized records of key documentation, including contracts, agreements, and strategic plans.
Develop and streamline processes to improve the efficiency of the executive office.
Plan and execute high-level meetings, and events that align with the company's mission and goals.
Support the coordination of board meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and minutes.
Occasionally support with personal duties as required (house management, children's schedules etc.)
