    Shepherd Homes Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to both the Director of Operations and the Director of Marketing. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both departments, assisting with daily tasks, scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: • Provide administrative assistance to both the Director of Operations and the Director of Marketing. • Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. • Organize and prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines. Office Coordination: • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications for both Directors. • Assist with office management and day-to-day operations, including organizing meetings, events, and conferences. • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Directors. Project Assistance: • Support project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of deliverables for both operations and marketing teams. • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts and ensure that information flows smoothly between teams. • Help with the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and operational initiatives. Budget & Administrative Support: • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for both departments. • Help with the preparation and reconciliation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Miscellaneous Support: • Provide additional administrative support as needed, including preparing for meetings, taking meeting minutes, and conducting research. • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks, depending on the evolving needs of the Directors. Additional Information: • This is a full-time, in-office position with the flexibility of working from home one day a week. Qualifications: • **** Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role. • Experience supporting senior-level executives, ideally in a real estate or marketing environment. • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
