Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting the team leader with business and personal tasks • Maintaining databases and lead systems • Overseeing transactions from contract to close • Managing marketing efforts, including social media and the website • Managing client checklists for buyers/sellers and supporting them through the closing process • Handling requests, queries, and scheduling appointments • Improving operational systems and ensuring accountability • Managing office operations and budgeting • Providing five-star client service as the primary point of contact for clients • Eventually, hiring and training new team members Qualifications: About You: • You have at least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant (real estate experience is a plus, but not required) • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy • You can manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively • You have social media experience and can learn new systems quickly • You communicate clearly and solve problems with ease • You are discreet, confidential, and customer-focused • You’re comfortable with strong personalities and have a CAN-DO attitude • You LOVE to-do lists and paperwork, and you’re willing to handle any task to help the team succeed Preferred Qualifications: • College degree • Willingness to obtain a real estate license (reimbursement provided) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
