The Manning Group is looking for a positive, forward-focused and growth-minded full-time Executive Assistant to join our team! This person will work closely with our dynamic Mother/Daughter real estate team to help them systematize and streamline their back office while continuing to grow the business! We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is a driven and motivated self-starter willing to go above and beyond and grow - just like other members of this team. Compensation: • Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Bonus Opportunity • Rapid growth potential • Hybrid Opportunity after 90 days of employment Responsibilities: This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Support the owner in both business and personal matters. • Develop, revise, and implement systems for databank management and back-office efficiency. • Manage and update the team’s client database (CRM). • Serve as a primary client contact and oversee the team’s client engagement plan. • Enhance the team’s social media presence across platforms. • Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups. • Handle communications, including monitoring emails, calls, and messages. • Manage calendars and scheduling. • Proactively take tasks off the lead agent’s plate, including professional and personal responsibilities. • Oversee daily office operations and supply management. • Assist with long-term strategic planning and opportunities. • Provide on-site support as needed, including occasional travel within the Chicago suburbs. Qualifications: • Executive Assistant experience (real estate preferred but not required) • Positive, growth-oriented attitude; team player • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Suite, Canva, social media, and quick to learn new systems • Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects • Self-motivated and efficient in supporting a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences • Social media expertise • Open to obtaining a real estate license (cost reimbursed) • Comfortable with strong personalities • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required • Flexible work hours, including occasional nights and weekends from home • Thorough and detail-oriented; loves to-do lists Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
