Responsibilities: • Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings • Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies • Assist with case file preparation, document management, and tracking case milestones • Work directly with attorneys to support all aspects of their daily work routine • Serve as a liaison between the attorneys, their teams, and clients. This includes receiving and screening phone calls and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately for resolution • Routinely perform various support duties, including handling printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, email/messages, and sorting and triaging mail • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and other guests Qualifications: • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar Compensation: $47,000 - $57,000 yearly
