The Story's Executive Assistant is fully committed to Jesus and intensely motivated to inspire non-religious people to follow Jesus. This individual is a high-integrity, goal-oriented self-starter who understands that the goals of Christian leadership are 1) to serve and not to be served, 2) to empower and resource others to do the work of God's kingdom, and 3) to share the grace and truth of Jesus with the world.
Duties for this position include:
** Office administration:**
- Supervising the office manager and overall office operations
- Managing church-wide events calendar and staff gathering schedule
- Managing facility requests
- Arranging guest speaker travel and reimbursements
- Managing wedding and funeral requests
- Assisting with Sunday activities and with seasonal evening activities once or twice a month, at our main campus
- Database management
- Monitoring email inquiries for Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor
- Managing Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor's appointment requests
- Coordinating group travel events such as mission trips (annually) and church-wide pastor led trips (these events happen every two years or more).
Mailers, Financial, & Additional Support:
- Working with pastors and communications staff to complete quarterly stewardship-related mailers throughout the year.
- Managing Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor office invoices and purchases
Qualifications: Bachelor degree required
