The Ideal candidate will have superb written, organizational and communication skills, give 100% commitment to helping create a dynamic team environment, have strong attention to detail, be a self- starter/proactive, problem solver and a quick learner. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to meet deadlines.
This role is a full-time position working with the executive team. The individual in this position will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all workflow tasks
· Create spreadsheets and data tables in both Word and Excel
· Preparing reports and presentations
· Maintain calendar and all scheduling, planning and preparation for meetings
· Making travel Arrangements
· Maintaing appropriate filing systems and record
· Ordering Supplies and scheduling office equipment repairs
· Communicating with clients and employees
· Ensure proper flow of information, pursuing detailed follow-through, as necessary
· Aid in SOP creation
· Manage the COO and CEO scheduling and communications.
Technical Skills:
· Proficient use of all Microsoft products
· Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and a familiarity with spreadsheet formulas
· Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
· Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
· Prior administrative experience requires
