Executive Assistant to Real Estate Team CEO We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly organized executive assistant to play a key role in helping our CEO grow the team. You’ll be responsible for assisting our CEO with anything and everything including the weekly office schedule for the team, organizing events, and managing a social media presence. Our CEO's primary focus is the growth of the team (recruiting) and marketing. Therefore, this has a specific focus on assisting with marketing aspects of the business like social media, YouTube, and recruiting to the team through events and managing job ads. Must be technology savvy. We are looking for a go-getter who is willing to be resourceful, learn on the go, and keep up with our very busy CEO. Responsibilities: • Assist in planning weekly events for the team as well as customer events. • Act as the main point of contact for the CEO. • Must be very good with social media and technology. • Obtain content for the team regularly for all platforms. • Assist in keeping CEO the on schedule. • Learn as much as you can about the company to be able to help where needed. • Assist with tech systems on the team and solving issues. Qualifications: • Must be technology savvy, and good with social media and YouTube. • Must enjoy systems and efficiency. • Can keep up with a fast-paced work environment. • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
