Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and various stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and executive team, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Plan and execute special projects, events, and meetings, managing all logistics and details.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO, proactively addressing administrative and operational requirements.
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and integrity.
- Draft and edit communications, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide support in board meetings, including agenda preparation, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking as required.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives
- Exceptionally polished with strong professional presence and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial services or wealth management industry experience.
- Salesforce experience.
