  • Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex calendars, scheduling high-volume meetings across multiple time zones.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
    • Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
    • Reserve conference rooms and arrange catering for internal and external meetings.
    • Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants during absences or peak workload periods.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling confidential information.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
    • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting demands.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communicator with a personable, professional, and team-oriented approach.
    • No specific degree requirement; relevant experience is prioritized.
  • Compensation
    $105,000-$110,000 per year
