Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling high-volume meetings across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Reserve conference rooms and arrange catering for internal and external meetings.
- Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants during absences or peak workload periods.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling confidential information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting demands.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with a personable, professional, and team-oriented approach.
- No specific degree requirement; relevant experience is prioritized.
