We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President of our homebuilding company. Responsibilities: • Prepare, proofread, and manage important documents and correspondence, including contracts, reports, and presentations. • Organize and prepare agendas for meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items to ensure smooth execution. • Review, assess, route, answer and monitor follow-up action steps on correspondence. • Gather and analyze information required for administrative reporting. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making. • Meeting Coordination: Set up meeting agendas, prepare materials, manage logistics, and take minutes. • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Qualifications: • Strict attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables. • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar administrative role, ideally within the construction or real estate industry. • Solid working knowledge of office processes and business policy development. • Proven interpersonal skills with experience providing complex administrative support in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy. • Business acumen and pragmatic judgment. • College degree preferred. • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and other relevant software. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
