    We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the Broker in managing and streamlining brokerage operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organized, and excels at keeping things running smoothly. As an essential part of our team, you’ll oversee social media accounts, ensure seamless transaction coordination, manage office operations, and assist with scheduling, event planning, and client/agent interactions. From maintaining our website and property listings to supporting prospecting efforts and coordinating company-wide meetings, your contributions will directly impact the success and efficiency of our brokerage. Additionally, you’ll assist with office supply management and occasional personal assistant tasks. This in-office role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: • Social Media Management – Oversee company accounts, schedule posts, engage with comments, and assist with basic video editing. • Transaction Coordination – Audit files for compliance, ensure proper documentation, and assist in keeping transactions on track. • Office Management – Oversee office operations and ensure a productive work environment. • Scheduling & Communication – Manage emails for coaching calls and agent sales meetings. • Event Coordination – Plan and execute agent orientations, networking events, and company-wide meetings. • Website & Listings – Maintain company website and update property listings. • CRM & Prospecting Support – Learn CRM system (training provided) and prepare a call list of prospective clients. • Client & Agent Interaction – Serve as a key point of contact for agents, clients, and vendors. • Local Travel – Occasional travel for errands, property reviews, and event setup. • Executive Support – Manage executive scheduling, travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings. • Administrative Assistance – Handle office management duties, including maintaining filing systems, tracking office supplies, and managing incoming communications. • Personal Assistant Tasks – Occasionally assist with errands, order pickups, and other assigned duties. Qualifications: • Experience using Microsoft Office • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • Degree from an accredited four-year college/university in a related field (preferred) Compensation: $19.50 - $22.50 hourly
