About the Role:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur at RKS Enterprises, home of Budget Blinds of Mint Hill/Concord/Kannapolis, Budget Blinds of Pinehurst/Asheboro/Fayetteville, RKS Rentals and RKS Entertainment LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company across several market fronts.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the entrepreneur's calendar and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with communication and correspondence, including phone calls and emails
Customer scheduling
Data entry
Sales Support
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Bookkeeping for all companies
Human Resources/Payroll
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRS, and other relevant software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
We are thinking this is likely a full time position, but we will entertain a part time position if that's a good fit. Pay includes hourly, company performance bonus, individual incentives, health insurance, car allowance. One weekend a month will be required. Hours are generally 9 to 5, but we're flexible.
