Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine commitment to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
Coordinate and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical needs.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including staff, clients, and community partners.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated passion for workforce development, real estate, and construction.
A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
