Our client, a real estate consulting start up, is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Executive Assistant with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the startup space. The ideal candidate will be a master of calendaring and travel coordination, capable of managing multiple priorities and contributing to the efficiency of our executive team. While this position is REMOTE, it requires a 24/7 mentality and ability work in the Chicago office on an as needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and overbooked calendars, proactively scheduling meetings and shifting priorities frequently.
- Plan and coordinate heavy domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare itineraries, agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Act as a point of contact between the Co-founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and anticipate the needs of the executive team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior level executives, preferably coming directly from the startup space.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Expert-level proficiency in calendaring and travel management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage competing priorities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
