    Our client, a highly regarded asset management firm, is seeking a sharp, experienced Executive Assistant to support their Investment Team in their Chicago office. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease, and brings a high level of professionalism and discretion.

    Qualified candidates will have 5-15 years of experience supporting investment professionals in the financial space. Only qualified candidates will be contacted. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior members of the Investment Team, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel domestic and international arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
    • Track and process expenses, invoices, and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including investors, portfolio companies, and service providers.
    • Assist with coordination of investor meetings, due diligence sessions, and portfolio company communications.
    • Monitor email correspondence and flag action items or urgent issues for follow-up.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a financial services or investment firm.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential information.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with expense platforms (e.g., Concur, Expensify) a plus.
