    Position Overview:

    As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing executive-level support, focusing on managing the CEO’s financial, legal, and operational matters. You will handle critical tasks such as stakeholder communication, legal documentation, and coordination with high-level professionals. This role is a perfect fit for someone with a legal background who can confidently manage sensitive information, handle confidential communications, and represent the CEO and the company with professionalism.

You have a history of successfully supporting top-level professionals, handling high-pressure environments with grace and precision. Experience in real estate or familiarity with the legal landscape is highly preferred. You are resourceful, adaptable, and thrive on managing complex schedules and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Executive Support & Legal Coordination:
      Provide full administrative support to the CEO, focusing on legal and financial matters. Handle confidential documents, review contracts, and oversee communication with legal professionals.

    • Stakeholder Engagement:
      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business leaders, legal professionals, and government officials. Represent the company with professionalism in all interactions.

    • Calendar & Project Management:
      Manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring conflict-free meetings and events. Coordinate travel, client meetings, and legal reviews, and oversee ongoing projects from start to completion.

    • Meeting Preparation & Legal Documentation:
      Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items. Manage legal filings and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    • Problem-Solving & Strategic Support:
      Anticipate challenges, particularly related to legal and operational matters, and proactively provide solutions to ensure smooth business operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven Experience:
      At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally with a legal background or experience supporting high-level executives in legal matters.

    • Legal & Real Estate Knowledge:
      Familiarity with real estate law and experience handling legal documents and communications. Experience in a law firm or supporting attorneys is a plus.

    • Professional Demeanor:
      Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and stakeholders. A polished, professional presence is essential.

    • Strong Organizational Skills:
      Ability to manage complex schedules, projects, and legal tasks simultaneously. Experience coordinating meetings, drafting legal documentation, and maintaining confidentiality is key.

    • Technology Proficiency:
      Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
