    Insero Talent Solutions has partnered with a top-tier commercial and industrial contractor in Rochester, NY to recruit an Executive Assistant.

    Position Summary:

    The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the President and assisting will include scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, making travel arrangements international and nationally, managing a complex calendar, and preparing and organize documents, additional reports, and presentations.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing the President’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
    • Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and provide timely responses.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is well-organized.
    • Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.
    • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

    Requirements:

    • An Associates degree, Bachelors degree is preferred.
    • 4+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Compensation
    $65,000-$85,000 per year
