    MISSION STATEMENT

    The mission of the Executive Assistant to the COO is to provide high-level, results-driven, and value-added support to the COO.

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    1. Administrative Support: Manages the COO's calendar and meetings and coordinates travel arrangements, ensuring the COO's time is effectively allocated among other administrative duties. **

    2. Logistical Support for ELT: Acts as a liaison between the COO and the ELT to provide instruction for team events. ****

    **3. Project Support & Coordination: **Assists COO in driving operational initiatives by providing support in project management. **

    4. Manage/Extend COO Relationships: **** Establish and maintain effective and healthy communication channels between the COO and key relationships, including internal ones.

    **QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or operations-focused role
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on detail
    • Proven ability to think critically and make decisions within structured environments.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership and other team members
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing assertiveness and collaboratio
