Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Owner of AA Equipment Company. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth into accounting and account management, making it ideal for a motivated individual looking to advance their career.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Owner, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with daily operations and special projects, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Prepare reports, sales quotes, and other documents as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support accounting functions, including invoicing, expense tracking, paying bills, and preparing financial reporting.
Assist in account management, including client communication, order processing, and follow-up.
Collaborate with other staff to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working with Quickbooks is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
