    What You Will Do...

    • Oversee and manage all aspects of a fine dining kitchen, ensuring a consistently high level of food quality, presentation, and execution.
    • Lead, train, and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Work closely with Front of House Management, Bar, and Event teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
    • Control inventory and food costs, develop vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts to maintain profitability while upholding quality.
    • Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation procedures to meet all regulatory standards.
    • Design and execute innovative, seasonal menus that highlight fresh, high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency.
    • Maintain expert-level culinary skills with knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and international cuisines.
    • Inspire, motivate, and train kitchen staff to uphold fine dining standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during high-volume service periods.
    • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fine dining setting.

    Skills & Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
    • Proven expertise in high-volume, high-quality kitchen management.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop staff.
    • Passion for sourcing local ingredients and building relationships with farmers and purveyors.
    • Current SERVSAFE Certification (or equivalent food safety certification).
    • Ability to design and execute seasonal, innovative menus that align with fine dining expectations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, management, and guests.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
    • Flexibility and dedication to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 Salary Range
