Responsibilities: • Establish a collaborative environment for kitchen workers by educating recruits and hiring personnel that fit the corporate culture • Combine diverse ingredients in a unique way to create new and distinctive menu items and specials • Be responsible for the overall success of the daily culinary operations, with an emphasis on surpassing guest expectations while driving revenue and profit • Supervise all food preparation in the kitchen, including procedures, portioning, garnishing, and ensure that all meals and dishes are attractively presented • Control department costs that are under your management, such as food, supplies, uniforms, and equipment, and work with vendors to get the best products at a cost-effective price Qualifications: • This role requires 7-8 years of culinary experience • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers • Outstanding management abilities, as well as experience leading, inspiring, and building a team • Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
