    Job Description:

    As the Executive Chef, you will be at the helm of our culinary operations, leading a talented team and ensuring that our kitchens run smoothly and efficiently. Your creativity, leadership, and culinary expertise will be essential in delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests.     Key Responsibilities:

    •  Lead and oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
    •  Develop and execute innovative and seasonal menus that align with the restaurant group's vision and standards.
    •  Ensure the highest level of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
    • Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
    •  Monitor inventory levels, manage costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
    •  Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and organized kitchen.
    •  Collaborate with front-of-house management to provide an exceptional guest experience.

    Qualifications:

    •  Proven experience as an Executive Chef in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants.
    •  Excellent tenure and a track record of success in managing profitable culinary operations.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a kind and professional demeanor.
    • Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creativity and innovation.
    • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and industry trends.
    • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and maintain composure under stress.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
