The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing kitchen operations, with a strong focus on safety, sanitation, and developing a talented culinary team.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards in a high-volume environment.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse culinary team, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and performance.
    • Maintain and enforce food safety and sanitation standards to ensure the health and safety of both staff and guests.
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to ensure profitability while maintaining product quality.
    • Develop and execute seasonal and innovative menu offerings that align with the restaurant’s brand, customer expectations, and trends.
    • Foster a positive, creative, and collaborative kitchen environment where teamwork and culinary passion are prioritized.
    • Ensure all kitchen staff are compliant with local, state, and federal health regulations.
    • Handle the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals promptly during peak hours.
    • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an outstanding guest experience.
    • Work closely with restaurant leadership to manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
    • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring culinary talent.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
    • Deep commitment to culinary innovation and a strong passion for food and hospitality.
    • Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively while ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control procedures.
    • Culinary degree or equivalent training/experience a plus
