    Executive Chef

    Ft Lauderdale, FL

    What you do: People shape experiences – so you will shape our guest's experience, and help them be the best version of themselves. The Executive Chef runs the kitchens by overseeing the day-to-day operations. This position requires managerial, communication, and leadership skills.

    Your day-to-day:

    • Manages all kitchen employees
    • Scheduling of kitchen employees
    • Tracks the kitchen's inventory, places orders, monitors equipment maintenance, and condition, and ensures that a kitchen operates alongside state and federal health and safety codes.
    • Training and development of culinary team
    • Excellent understanding of managing a profitable kitchen
    • Must be familiar with health requirements, OSHA regulations, and Department of Labor regulations as they pertain to all kitchen and restaurant employees.
