    Key Responsibilities:

    \- Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency that aligns with our upscale brand and reputation.

    \- Develop innovative, authentic Mexican dishes that celebrate traditional flavors while incorporating contemporary techniques.

    \- Manage and mentor the kitchen team, fostering professional growth and maintaining a collaborative, positive atmosphere.

    \- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, upholding the highest levels of kitchen organization and cleanliness.

    \- Supervise inventory management, procurement, and cost control to optimize efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality.

    \- Expertly handle financial responsibilities, including budget planning, cost analysis, and profitability management.

    \- Collaborate with the management team to align culinary direction with company goals and guest satisfaction.

     

    Qualifications:

    \- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-end culinary establishment.

    \- Extensive knowledge of Mexican cuisine with a passion for culinary innovation and authenticity.

    \- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a clear understanding of professional kitchen operations.

    \- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving financial targets.

    \- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
