We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive chef. You will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.
Organizing food preparation/kitchen activities
Implementing new menus
Making estimates of food cost
Oversee kitchen activities
Inspecting kitchen equipment and scheduling repairs
Hiring suitable staff members
Inspecting dishes before they are delivered/served
Inventory
Communicating with subordinate members
Inspect food deliveries.
Experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Chef D' Cuisine
Proven record of management of kitchen activities 3 years
Good at solving issues quickly and effectively
Food ordering and Food waste
Excellent at multitasking
Great organizational, leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office
3 years' experience in hotels, banquets and restaurants
Must have a current San Bernadino Food Handlers card
