    About the Executive Chef position

    We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive chef. You will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.

    Executive Chef responsibilities are:

    • Organizing food preparation/kitchen activities

    • Implementing new menus

    • Making estimates of food cost

    • Oversee kitchen activities

    • Inspecting kitchen equipment and scheduling repairs

    • Hiring suitable staff members

    • Inspecting dishes before they are delivered/served

    • Inventory

    • Communicating with subordinate members

    • Inspect food deliveries.

    Executive Chef requirements are:

    • Experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Chef D' Cuisine

    • Proven record of management of kitchen activities 3 years

    • Good at solving issues quickly and effectively

    • Food ordering and Food waste

    • Excellent at multitasking

    • Great organizational, leadership and communication skills

    • Knowledge of MS Office

    • 3 years' experience in hotels, banquets and restaurants

    • Must have a current San Bernadino Food Handlers card
