My client is a national hotel and restaurant group searching for a high-volume multi-unit Executive Chef. The property has several outlets including an upscale full-service restaurant and large event space. The ideal candidate should have high volume, multi-unit experience, a passion for quality in a scratch kitchen, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Experience with large events and upscale restaurant experience is a plus and a strong knowledge of financials and the ability to work with many other departments under one roof.
