Job Purpose and Impact: The Executive Director is the key management leader of Ready Set Smile and oversees the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, grant writing, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Accountabilities:

Passionate Leadership: Inspires all stakeholders- staff, community, and board members- to stay driven and focused in fulfilment our critical mission.

Organization of Operations: Oversees 53 schools (and growing!), 18 staff, and many community-based relationships.

Financial Responsibility: Proactive management of revenue and expenses for an organization exceeding one million revenue.

Strategy development and execution: Develops strategy, ensures board alignment, and executes collaboratively to ensure our mission

Qualifications:

Must have 5 years of nonprofit experience with some senior management

Public health with dental experience preferred

Secondary education level or greater

Solid hands-on budget management experience

Strong communication and public speaking skills

Experience working in a multicultural setting

Strong organizational abilities in team building, planning, delegating, programing, and task facilitation
