Executive Functioning Coach
You First Integrative Wellness is seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Functioning Coach dedicated to helping adults and teenagers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive functioning support and experience tailoring strategies to meet individual student needs. This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to fostering growth through personalized support in time management, organization, planning, and study skills.
Duties:
Assess an individual's present levels of performance to determine their needs and starting points.
Teach strategies and help clients develop skills in the areas of time management, planning, organization, overcoming procrastination, as well as advanced study skills.
Work with clients to create a game-plan for their week by modeling best practices and gradually releasing responsibility to the client to lead their learning.
Maintain prompt and professional communication with the You First team, clients, and families.
Collaborate with the You First team and clients to schedule sessions and develop detailed, personalized learning plans.
Establish open lines of communication to share progress and gain additional insights.
Analyze assessment results and adjust educational strategies accordingly.
Provide regular feedback to parents/guardians and clients, including post-session notes after each session.
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience working successfully as an EF coach.
A proven track record of leading clients to measurable results.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and develop relationships.
Bachelor's degree in special education, psychology, or related field
IDEAL: Have a certification designated for assisting clients with executive functioning skills.
