Responsibilities: • Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction • Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily • Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs • Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed Qualifications: • Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service • 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position • Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment • 2+ years of hospitality or guest services experience • A High school diploma or GED is required
