    We are looking for friendly, positive, service-oriented, highly energetic, and self-motivated Executive Lounge Attendants to join our team. The lounge hours of operation are from 630 am to 9 pm with AM and PM shifts needed with weekend and holiday availability required. This position's primary function is to provide quality products and services to customers in a friendly and professional manner while adhering to the standards set by Hilton Brand Hotels. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and experience with food and beverage. You should be able to work various shifts. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our guests. We are currently looking to fill two part-time openings. Responsibilities: • Greet guests as they enter the Executive Lounge • Ensure the Executive Lounge is clean, organized, and suitably presented to all guests • Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations • Maintain knowledge of airline, automobile rental, transportation options, directions, hotel services, and other relevant establishments and provide information to guests regarding such • Maintain knowledge of all hotel facilities including hours of operation • Maintain knowledge of the local area including social, cultural, historical, and physical attractions as well as their location and hours of operation • Maintain stock of clean utensils and supplies • Ensure that hot food and cold food are provided in the lounge in accordance with brand and property standards • Refer guests to hotel outlets to maximize hotel revenue • Float throughout the lounge to enhance the guest experience • Own, resolve, and follow up on guest issues • Assist guests with food and beverage needs while in the executive lounge and clean lounge as needed Qualifications: • Previous relevant experience preferred • Flexibility to work various shifts • Ability to gauge customers’ preferences • Excellent communication skills • High school diploma; relevant training is a plus Experience: • Hotel: 1 year (Preferred) • Food & Beverage: 1 year (Preferred) Compensation: $15 per hour
