Exciting opportunity to join the Embassy Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort as our Executive Meeting Manager. An Executive Meeting Manager, is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, meetings, and conferences, including managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth execution Responsibilities: • Develop and manage event budgets. • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. • Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution. • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and AV. • Create event agendas and timelines. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Understand client needs and objectives. • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process. • Supervise event setup and execution. • Address any issues or problems that arise during the event. • Ensure a seamless and positive event experience for attendees. • Gather feedback from clients and attendees. • Analyze event results and identify areas for improvement. • Prepare post-event reports. • May be responsible for prospecting for new business. • May be involved in sales efforts to secure event bookings. • May assist with marketing and promotion of events. Qualifications: • Prior hotel sales, catering or event experience. • Hilton experience preferred.
