    Job Description

    We are seeking an analytical and strategic thinking intern to join our team. In this role you will support our Executive Office in the day-to-day operations of Bosch and executing Bosch’s regional strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with the Executive Office team to define and prioritize internal Bosch workstreams
    • Develop methods to organize and filter information received in the Executive Office more efficiently
    • Assist in the planning and execution of executive events and innovation days
    • Work with Executive Office on trend analysis and strategic alignment
    • Quickly develop an understanding of the Bosch mobility portfolio across the mobility divisions.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in an Engineering or Business field
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Minimum 18 years of age.
    • Highly motivated self-starter
    • Demonstrated project management skills
    • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to discretely handle confidential or sensitive information
    • Ability to work on-site in Farmington Hills at least 60% of the time
    • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Competency in other digital tools
    • Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire teams
