    Key Responsibilities:

    Paralegal Responsibilities

    • Assist with filing and maintaining patent and licensing documents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Conduct legal research related to intellectual property and contracts.
    • Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies to facilitate filings and documentation.
    • Maintain and organize legal records and filings related to patents, licenses, and other critical documents.

    Office Manager Duties

    • Manage daily office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing office maintenance.
    • Implement and maintain efficient organizational systems for a fast-paced work environment.
    • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies in the office.

    Executive Assistant Duties

    • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and operating team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.
    • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 1-3+ years in a similar role, combining executive support, paralegal, or office management responsibilities.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
    • Skills: * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and legal research tools. * Familiarity with patent and intellectual property filing processes (USPTO or international). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
