Our services range from companion care and light housekeeping to direct care, high-tech care, and registered nursing care.

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive / Personal Assistant with experience working in the home health care environment to partner with and provide comprehensive support to our CEO, and other company locations in Grand Rapids MI. This will be a hybrid role, when not assisting onsite or traveling. The role will require the ability to travel with and provide direct travel support and assistance for the CEO when traveling to other locations as needed.

    Ability to work within a role and assist in change as the company grows, resulting in the need to modify and adjust duties and responsibilities over the next few years.

    Support and assist the CEO in managing daily operations and administrative tasks.

    Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

    Manage the CEO's personal and business calendar, schedule, and appointments.

    Coordinate and prepare personal & business travel itineraries to include travel, hotel, local transportation, planning and scheduling meals, and other travel related travel services or activities for the CEO.

    The ability to travel with the CEO when needed and provide direct support and travel associated assistance when required for both business and personal related travel.

    Running errands such as pick-ups and deliveries for the CEO, staff and/or clients.

    Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.

    Formatting documents and information for internal and external communications such as memo’s, emails, letters, presentations, reports, and other applications.

    Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and events.

    Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

    Assist with the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial reports.

    Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

    Providing support with personal tasks, running household errands when needed.

    Assist with special projects and initiatives, personal affairs of the CEO, and provide other support and duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    Highly preferred experience in the home health care industry.

    Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar supportive role.

    Ability to travel when required (average of 25% travel required)

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and other relevant software.

    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and travel as needed.

    Possess a strong business acumen with the ability to build professional working relationships with business partners both internal and external.

    The ability to effectively interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of management, employees and clientele.

    Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to represent front line employees, up to the Leadership Team.

    Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.

    Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and other business-related documents.
